    On trip to Annapurna Base Camp due to some unavoidable circumstances beyond control & bad weather conditions flight may not run in time and the same situation might arise in return from trek too then the return tickets would be cancelled by passengers at some time. So in no case the organiser will be held responsible for any of such acts.

Bookings, Payment & Cancellation Policy

    A clear color scanned copy of your passport size photograph, aadhaar card as address proof and election voter card along with 25% advance amount must be provided at the time of booking for trip.
    For flight tickets booking, actual fare of tickets must be paid before booking.
    45 days prior to tour departure date 50% of the total cost must be paid and full payment shall be paid 25 days before departure.
    All notice of cancellation must be sent to our office in written or by e-mail on info@aktt.in Verbal cancellations will not be entertained.
    Any bookings (individual or group) must be confirmed on e-mail along with advance payment, verbal bookings will not be entertained.
    Payment must be in Cash or Cheque or DD drawn in favor of “Anantay Kailas Trek & Tours” payable at Surat or by way of NEFT/ RTGS.
    Any cancellation before 30 days of trip departure 30% of total trip cost, before 15 days of trip departure 100% of trip cost will be charged.

Begin your journey to Pokhara (827 mtr.), a beautiful city known for its panoramic lake and mountain views. The journey takes about 6-7 hours and you can see beautiful scenery along the way, overnight in hotel.

After breakfast drive to Nayapul, the starting point of the trek. From there, the trek begins to Tikhedhunga (1480 mtr.), a small village at the foot of the Annapurna range. The trail is relatively easy and takes about 5 hours, overnight stay in guest house/ tent.

Today's trek takes us to Ghorepani (2874 mtr.), a picturesque village at the foot of Poon Hill (3210 mtr.). The trail is a bit challenging but offers some of the best views of the Annapurna range, the hike takes about 7 hours, overnight stay in tent.

Today we will wake up early and head to Poon Hill, view of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountains. After enjoying the sunrise, return to Ghorepani and continue the trek to Tadapani (2630mtr.). The trail is of moderate difficulty and takes about 6 hours, overnight in tent.

Hike from Tadapani to Chomrong (2170 mtr.), Today's trail is relatively easy, passing through beautiful rhododendron forests. You will also have the opportunity to pass through traditional villages and learn about the local culture. The hike takes about 6 hours, overnight in tent.

Trek from Dovan to Machhapuchhre Base Camp (3700 mtr.), Today's trek takes you to Machhapuchhre Base Camp at the foot of the famous Machhapuchhre (Fishtail) Peak. The road is steep due to the high altitude, but it's worth it, the hike takes about 5 hours, overnight in tent.

Get up close to the spectacular mountains of Annapurna South, Hiunchuri, Machhapuchhre and Gangapurna, overnight in tent.

Mount Annapurna (8,091 m) is one of the 10th highest mountains in the world, the Annapurna Base Camp Trek is a traditional Nepalese trek that takes trekkers to the foothills of the Annapurna Massif, one of the most beautiful and diverse mountain ranges in the world. The trek starts from Pokhara city and takes about 7-12 days depending on the route and fitness of the trekkers. The trail winds through terraced paddy fields, lush rhododendron forests and traditional villages before reaching the base camp at 4130 meters. The trek takes in some of the most spectacular mountain scenery in the world, including Annapurna South, Hiunchuri, Machhapuchhre (Fishtail) and Gangapurna. Along the way, you'll also have the chance to experience the culture and hospitality of the locals, especially the Gurung people who live in the area. The hike is considered moderate to strenuous and requires an appropriate level of fitness. Proper acclimatization is also important to prevent altitude sickness. The best season for Annapurna Base Camp Trekking is from September to November and from March to May. A TIMS (Trekker Information Management System) card and Annapurna Conservation Area Permit (ACAP) are required to enter the park. You can hire a guide or porter if you prefer or go it alone. This trek is considered one of the most popular treks in Nepal due to its natural beauty, cultural experience and diversity of trails.
