1. Booking and Confirmation
All bookings made with Anantay Kailas Trek & Tours (AKTT) are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking.
Advance payment is required to secure your booking, and full payment must be completed prior to the tour departure date.
2. Pricing
Tour prices may change due to factors such as taxes, permits, fuel costs, or government regulations. Prices confirmed at the time of booking will remain valid unless otherwise stated.
3. Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy specific to each tour package. AKTT reserves the right to apply cancellation charges.
4. Changes to Itinerary
AKTT reserves the right to modify the itinerary, accommodation, or transport arrangements if necessary due to operational, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Travel Documents
All travelers are responsible for carrying valid identity proofs, permits, visas, and other required documents during the journey. AKTT is not responsible for denied entry or missed services due to lack of proper documents.
6. Responsibility and Liability
Participation in adventure tours, trekking, or spiritual journeys is at the traveler’s own risk. AKTT shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, natural calamities, political situations, or delays.
7. Health and Safety
Travelers must ensure they are medically fit for the chosen tour. Any pre-existing medical conditions should be disclosed prior to booking. AKTT reserves the right to refuse participation if deemed unsafe.
8. Use of Personal Information
Personal information collected during booking will be used only to provide travel services, communicate with clients, and improve services. AKTT respects your privacy as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a tour with AKTT, you agree to abide by all Terms & Conditions mentioned on our website. AKTT reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
