Bookings, Payment & Cancellation Policy

A clear color scanned copy of your passport size photograph, aadhaar card as address proof and election voter card along with Rs. 25,000/- advance amount must be provided at the time of booking for yatra.

For train tickets booking, actual fare of tickets must be paid before booking.

45 days prior to tour departure date 50% of the total cost must be paid and full payment shall be paid 15 days before departure.

All notice of cancellation must be sent to our office in written or by e-mail on info@aktt.in Verbal cancellations will not be entertained.

Any bookings (individual or group) must be confirmed on e-mail along with advance payment, verbal bookings will not be entertained.

Payment must be in Cash or Cheque or DD drawn in favor of “Anantay Kailas Trek & Tours” payable at Surat or by way of NEFT/ RTGS.

Any cancellation before 30 days of trip departure 30% of total trip cost, before 10 days of trip departure 100% of trip cost will be charged.

Tour Operators has the full right to change the dates and cancel the trip due to any unavoidable circumstances.

Anuradhapura to Jaffna

Breakfast at the Hotel The capital of Sri Lanka from the 05th Century B.C. to the end of the 10th Century A.D. was the most celebrated of Sri Lanka’s ancient ruined cities. The city’s greatest treasures are its dagobas constructed of bricks and are hemispherical in shape. The most notable of these dagobas are the Ruvanveliseya dating back to the 2nd Century B.C. and is 300 feet in diameter, the Jetawanarama is 370 feet and the Thuparama Dagoba is enshrined with the collarbone of the Buddha. The city’s most renowned relic is the sacred Bo Tree, which is said to have grown from a branch of the tree under which the Buddha gained Enlightenment. It was planted 2250 years ago and is the oldest historically authenticated tree in the world. Anuradhapura is a “World Heritage Site”. Proceed to Jaffna. Anuradhapura to Jaffna approximately 4.5 hours (excluding stops) Visit Nallur Kandasamy Kovil or Nallur Murugan Kovil is one of the most significant Hindu temples in the Jaffna District. It stands in the town of Nallur. The presiding deity is Lord Murugan in the form of the holy Vel. The idol of the Nallur Devi or goddess was given to the temple in the 10th Century by the Chola queen Sembiyan Mahadevi, in the style of Sembian bronzes. Nagapooshani Amman Temple (Nainativu Island) - Dedicated to Goddess Parvati (Nagapooshani Amman) known for its stunning Dravidian architecture, colorful sculptures, and annual Ther (chariot) festival. Chilaw to Anuradhapura

Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) CMB airport. Please clear immigration & visa formalities, collect your baggage and proceed to the arrival lounge through the green channel if you do not have goods to be declared to customs. Our representative will page you by your name. Thereafter you will be assisted to the Car park / Coach Park to begin your journey as per the booked itinerary with the English-Speaking Guide, leave to Anuradhapura via Chilaw. Airport to Anuradhapura approximately 4.5 hours (excluding stops) Munneshwaram Temple - The Munneshwaram Temple, located in Chilaw, Northwestern Province, is one of Sri Lanka’s ancient Hindu temples, believed to be over 1,000 years old. It is dedicated primarily to Lord Shiva but also houses shrines for Vishnu, Ganesha, and other deities. Manavari Temple - The Manavari Temple, located near Chilaw in Sri Lanka, is an ancient Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. Jaffna to Trincomalee

Leave hotel after breakfast and proceed to Trincomalee. Jaffna to Trincomalee approximately 4.5 hours (excluding stops) Visit, Thiru Koneswaram Temple, Thiru Koneswaram is a Hindu temple which is located in the town Trincomalee, Sri Lanka. It is dedicated to main deity in Shaivism namely Lord Siva and is one of the five ancient Sivan temples around the island. The Koneswaram temple is believed to have been a major religious shrine since before the arrival of Prince Vijaya 2500 years ago. Many inscriptions found in the surrounding area speak of Indian Pallava, Chola and even Pandya kings making contributions to the upkeep of the temple indicating an origin in antiquity. Local legend has it that it was renovated by a Tamil Chola king from South India named Kulakottan. Trincomalee to Sigiriya

Breakfast at the Hotel, Dambulla Rock Cave Temple: Dambulla is famous for the five cave Temples on a rock. The first 03 caves are better, older and larger than the other two. Some caves dates to 1st C.B.C. All the 5 cave walls and ceilings are covered with Buddhist murals and there are more than 130 Buddha statues, statues of Gods and Kings are also found here.

Sigiriya to Kandy

Breakfast at the Hotel, Drive to Kandy (Approx. 90Km/ 3 Hours), Visit Temple of Tooth, Visit Spice Garden, Cultural Show, Overnight stay a Kandy The Temple of the Sacred Tooth (Sri Dalada Maligawa) was originally built by the Kandyan Kings in 1595, to house and honor the sacred tooth relic of the Buddha. Attracting crowds of white-clad pilgrims bearing lotus flowers for means of worship, the Maligawa features a myriad of intricate carvings that speak volumes of the architectural values of Kandy. Today the City of Kandy is a UNESCO World Heritage Site in part because of the Temple of the tooth relic.

Kandy to Nuwara Eliya

Breakfast at the Hotel, Drive to Nuwara Eliya (Approx. 80 km, 3 hours), Visit Shree Bhakta Hanuman Kovil, Visit Seetha Amman Kovil (Lord Hanuman Meet Seetha Devi), Hakgala Botanical Garden (Ashoka Vatika), Enjoy the natural beauty of Sri Lanka, Overnight stay a Nuwara Eliya Seetha Amman Temple - The Seetha Amman Temple, located in Seetha Eliya near Nuwara Eliya, is a significant Hindu temple dedicated to Goddess Sita from the Ramayana epic. According to legend, this is the spot where Sita was held captive by King Ravana after being abducted from India. Gregory Park: Gregory Park surrounds the scenic Gregory Lake, a popular spot for leisure and recreation. Visitors can enjoy boat rides, cycling, pony rides, or simply relax by the lakeside. The park is beautifully maintained with gardens, food stalls, and family-friendly spaces, making it one of the most visited attractions in Nuwara Eliya. Hakgala Botancial Garden (If time permits) - Hakgala Botanical Garden is the second-largest botanical garden in Sri Lanka, located about 10 km from Nuwara Eliya along the Badulla road. The garden is famous for its beautiful rose garden, fern house, and wide collection of orchids. Surrounded by mountains and lush greenery, Hakgala is also associated with the Ramayana legend, believed to be part of the Ashok Vatika where Sita was kept. Victoria Park: Victoria Park is a beautifully landscaped public garden located in the heart of Nuwara Eliya. Originally created during the British colonial period, it features colorful flowerbeds, well-maintained lawns, and walking paths.

Nuwara Eliya to Yala
